From the start of the Covid-19 crisis, Jan Nieuweboer has been advising Rabobank on the design and implementation of hybrid working. As a senior consultant he was in charge of experiments conducted and employee listening in the cross functional team. The Rabobank approach to hybrid working is considered a best practice on involving and co-creating the new way of working with all stakeholders involved. As a spokesperson for Future of Work and Hybrid Working, Jan represents Rabobank at global events.

Enzo Maria Le Fevre

Enzo joined the European Commission at the beginning of the pandemic with the task of allowing the institution to continue operating during the lock-down and bring innovation in the digital solutions for collaboration. Previously he worked for the Italian Government in the execution of the digital strategy and was one of the authors of the Italian AI Strategy. Enzo has a long career in the field of international relations and innovation. He was twice a TEDx speaker on the impact of technology and AI and speaker in various international conferences on digital transformation.

Christiaan W. Lustig is an independent consultant specialised in digital employee experience (#DEX), hybrid work, the digital workplace, and intranets. He is co-author of the world’s first book on DEX: ‘Digital Employee Experience: Put Employees First Towards a More Human Digital Workplace’. He works for clients in The Netherlands and Belgium, including the city of Rotterdam, Alliander, Jessa Hospital, Landal GreenParks, and Utrecht University. He regularly publishes on well-known Dutch blog Frankwatching, and speaks on various topics at online and physical conferences all over Europe

Pilar set up Virtual not Distant in 2016, to help managers and their teams embrace online collaboration. She has helped teams set up their online ecosystems, delivered training both online and off, and piloted new ways of working.

Following how teams have adopted remote work since the pandemic, Pilar has now turned her message from "remote can totally work" to "you need more asynchronous communication if you want this to work".
