Regulations for unforeseen events: The conference may be moved online if holding the on-site event becomes impractical or inadvisable due to circumstances such as, but not limited to, travel bans, natural disasters, or epidemics. We are committed to hosting the event on-site in Brussels and try our best even for unforeseen events. Please note that ticket prices cannot be refunded or reduced if we need to transition to an online-only format. We are committed to hosting the event on-site in Brussels and will do everything in our power to ensure it takes place there, just as previous events proceeded smoothly, including some during and prior to the Covid era.

Further regulations: I agree that the organizers of the conference may collect the information I provide to process my conference registration, keep me informed of this and upcoming events, handle the conference entry and the payment process.
Advatera may take pictures at the event on which conference participants might be visible. Those pictures will be used in the coverage of the event and for future events. We strive to select only high quality images with a favourable appearance. You can at any time refuse to be shown on one of the pictures and we will do our utmost to make sure those pictures will be deleted. In the very unlikely event that the conference is cancelled entirely and no online edition is offered, only the ticket price can be refunded. We cannot accept any liability for further costs, including travel costs, in the unlikely event of a full cancellation or in case the conference takes place online only. If you travel from abroad, we recommend buying travel insurance that also covers event cancellations.

Tickets are sold to business customers only. No sales to consumers. We reserve the right to decline a sign-up if the registration does not meet the eligibility criteria. This may include, for example, cases where a consumer registers instead of a business customer or where an incorrect or ineligible ticket type or price was selected. No worries, in such situations any payment made will of course be fully refunded and we will get in touch to clarify the registration.

In the event any provision or part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that particular provision or part shall be inoperative. It shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic intent of the original provision. Place of jurisdication is Mondsee, Austria.
